Today’s class focuses on negotiation tendencies.
We divide 5 groups and share the results of test each other.
My group is Hase Jun, Yurie, Yuki, Mao and I.
I am a problem solving type. Although problem-solving score is the highest score:28, but score of compromise and smooth is 27 and 26.
After sharing our scores, we notice that there is no one who is forcing person. Also, everyone has a high score in problem solving comparing other functions.
It shows that we may have the capability of leader.
Problem solving score is the highest in my result. Yet, I have little experience to deal with conflict, so I do not know I am a problem solving person or not. However, I want to be a true problem solving person.
That is a great goal, to be a true problem solving person. Good post, and I always appreciate these extra posts as it tells me a lot about what you are thinking regarding certain class activities.
